Before you ask
Will you try to sell me something at the first meeting?
No. The first meeting is the Financial Needs Analysis (ANF): we simply talk about your situation, your goals and your budget. The proposal comes afterwards, and you decide whether to move forward.
Does the assessment cost anything?
The initial financial assessment has no cost. At the end you have your number and decide with information in writing.
I already have an Afore (pension account). Why more?
Good that you already started: that is what matters. That is exactly why it is worth seeing how much it would give you each month at 60 and how much you need. We calculate it with your data in the assessment. After 1 pm or in the afternoon?
It is too expensive / I cannot afford it.
It makes sense to watch every peso. That is why we start with your number, not a product: you see what each option costs before deciding anything. Would you rather review it by video call or WhatsApp?

Of course, a decision like this deserves thought. To think it through well you need your real number. What do you want to be clearer on: the cost or what it covers? I will prepare your assessment around that.
I do not trust insurance.
That is reasonable, and many people feel the same because of what they have seen. That is why the free guide exists: it teaches you to verify an agent, a contract or a financial company before you sign. Do you want it on WhatsApp or by email?
I am young, I do not need it yet.
That is exactly why it is a good moment: it is when starting is easiest and cheapest. At 60, what would you like to have decided today? I will show you the calculation with your age.

Excellent. That coverage usually ends when the job ends. Do you know how long it lasts if you change jobs? Let us review it together.
What if I decide it’s not for me?
I keep your number and we pick it back up when your situation changes. What matters is that you decide with information, not under pressure.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The data in the form is used only to schedule your appointment. Sensitive information (health, detailed income) is collected only in private, during your ANF. More details in our Privacy notice.
I live in the United States. Can I get a plan in Mexico?
Yes. Several of our plans are designed precisely for binational families, with a premium in dollars and the sum insured in UDIs so that it keeps its value in Mexico.
How many strategies can I have at the same time?
There is no limit on the number of plans; the limit depends on your ability to pay and a regulatory cap tied to your declared annual income. We review it together in your ANF.
Do you also advise on land or homes?
Yes. Besides Seguros Atlas plans, Diego S. Reyes advises on Ciudad Maderas land and homes. It is a separate service and you can ask for just one of the two.
Is a plot of land insurance or a guaranteed investment?
No. Land or a home is not an insurance product and has no guaranteed return. What you build depends on the development, the market and your ability to pay, and we review it with you with the terms in writing.
Is my data shared with the developer?
Only if you authorize it with the optional box on the form. If you only want your protection diagnosis, your data is not shared with Ciudad Maderas.
Can I buy a home without owning a lot?
Casas Premium is aimed at Ciudad Maderas customers who are current on their payments, so you normally start with the lot. Availability, requirements and approval are confirmed in writing.
